Systems I have built and run.

The record first, the range after it. What is running, with the counters and the links to open it; then the kinds of work those systems are made of. The machinery behind my own business before it was ever offered to anyone else, which is why it is fast rather than pretty.

What is running right now.

The platform figures below are read from the same endpoint the public dashboard uses, shown there as a scaled demo preview of a real deployment, and every link opens the actual thing. The agents that sell for clients answer as people, so the people they answer for are not named here.

Operating

Sales agent platform

One tenant of it answers a gold-signals business on Telegram: qualifies, sends the registration link and books its own follow up; a hand-off to a person happens only on rules the client sets. Multi-tenant, each client with their own settings, numbers and login.

Design reference corpus

A headless browser measures a live page and records what it actually renders: ground, families, weights, type scale, display size and tracking, radii, motion. Built to stop design arguments being settled from memory. It now spans every sector category Awwwards files work under.

Client dashboard

Where a client watches their own agent: funnel, per-conversation history, exports, and the settings that change how it talks. Sits behind a login, which is why the link asks you to sign in rather than showing you someone else’s inbox.

Content

YouTube automation

End to end. Pull a creator's full catalogue and transcripts, find the moments worth cutting, render vertical clips with captions, generate the thumbnail, write the title and description, upload on a schedule.

Long-form too: script, edit, multi-camera assembly, music.

Running on two channels. Seventy shorts auto-published in a single batch.

  1. Full catalogue and transcripts
  2. Moments worth cutting
  3. Vertical clips with captions
  4. Thumbnail, title, description
  5. Upload on a schedule

Book publishing

Concept to shelf. Outline, drafting, a humanisation pass so it does not read as machine written, cover design, interior illustration, PDF and EPUB compile, audiobook narration, then publishing to Amazon, Google Play, Kobo and Apple.

Twenty five titles published. Paperback, ebook and audiobook from one pipeline.

  1. Outline and drafting
  2. Humanisation pass
  3. Cover and interior illustration
  4. PDF and EPUB compile
  5. Audiobook narration
  6. Amazon, Google Play, Kobo, Apple

Built for my own work first. That is why they are fast.

Media pipelines

The unglamorous half of content. Batch photo grading, GPU video compression, format conversion, automated thumbnails, image generation, voice cloning and text to speech.

  2. GPU video compression
  3. Format conversion
  4. Automated thumbnails
  5. Image generation

Growth

Lead generation

Find the people worth talking to, verify they exist, enrich them, score them, and put them in front of whatever does the talking. Scraping, enrichment, deduplication, email verification, CRM writes.

Feeds the same agents that do the selling.

  1. Find the people worth talking to
  2. Verify they exist
  3. Enrich and deduplicate
  4. Score
  5. Hand to whatever does the talking

Email and outreach

Sequences that read like a person wrote them, paced like a person sends them. Written against a house style that strips the machine tells, then throttled so an account never looks automated.

The pacing rules exist because the alternative gets accounts banned.

  1. Written in a house style
  2. Machine tells stripped
  3. Throttled like a person sends
  4. Sent from an account that stays clean

Instagram automation

DMs, story replies and comments through the official Graph API. Meta App Review and Business Verification are already cleared on my side, so there is no waiting on a Meta decision to go live.

A live DM agent books appointments for a studio.

Product

SaaS bots

The agent from the homepage, built as a product rather than a one-off. Multiple tenants, each with their own settings, their own dashboard, their own numbers, self-serve configuration and a login.

The dashboard on the homepage is one tenant of exactly this.

Apps and dashboards

Native Android and cross-platform apps, plus the dashboards that make a running system legible. Live metrics, funnels, per-customer history, exports.

Twelve apps built. The client dashboard is at app.kamalov.systems.

Trading

Trading systems

Event-driven strategies against MetaTrader 5, Interactive Brokers, Bybit and Alpaca, with the risk plumbing around them: position sizing, drawdown throttles, reconciliation and alerting.

Where the paranoia about silent failure comes from. A job that fails loudly is fine. One that fails quietly costs money for weeks.

  1. Event-driven signal
  2. Position sizing
  3. Drawdown throttle
  4. Reconciliation
  5. Alerting

If one of these is the thing eating your week, say which.

Prospect: We reconcile the same two reports by hand every week. Is that something you build?
Albert: Yes. Tell me what goes in and what has to come out, and I will say whether it is worth automating.
