Fixed scope, fixed price, no discovery phase.
Every number here is a starting point, not a ceiling, and you will know the final one before anything is charged.
What things cost.
* The monthly covers running and maintaining the agent. Building it for your desk is a one time setup fee.
Why there is a setup fee.
The monthly keeps the agent alive: the model bill, the hosting, the fixes when a platform changes something, the tuning as you learn what it should be saying. That part is genuinely $300 a month and it does not go up because you got busier.
The setup is the work of making it yours. Reading your real conversations, writing the rules about what it is allowed to promise, wiring it into the channel, teaching it your product and your objections, then sitting with the first few hundred messages and correcting it.
It is quoted once, in writing, after I have seen your inbound. A single channel with a clear offer sits at the low end. Four channels, three languages and a compliance rulebook does not.
The rules
What it can promise, what it must never say, when to stop.
Your voice
Built from your real messages, not a persona I invented.
The wiring
Channel setup, verification, hosting, keys in your name.
First week
I read the transcripts with you and correct it.
Before you ask.
Is there a contract?
What if it does not work on my inbound?
Who pays the model bill?
Do you take a cut of what it closes?
Can I see it running before I decide?
Send me your inbound and I will quote the setup.
A screenshot of a normal week is usually enough to price it properly.
