What you are buying.
Agent subscriptions run month to month. The monthly covers running and maintaining the agent: model spend, hosting, platform fixes, tuning. You can stop with notice and it stops.
Build work (landing pages, sites, apps, automation) is scoped and quoted in writing before anything is charged. The number does not move halfway through.
You approve the rules, so they are yours.
Before an agent goes live we agree in writing what it is allowed to promise and what it must never say. Because you approve those rules, responsibility for the promises it makes within them sits with you.
It is built to be boring about facts and to say so when it does not know something, rather than invent an answer.
What I do not promise.
I do not guarantee revenue, reply rates or any specific commercial outcome, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. A week of real transcripts is the evidence, which is why the trial exists.
Everything I build for you is yours, including the prompts and the configuration. If we stop working together you keep all of it.
If something goes wrong, we talk first. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
