Systems I have built and run.
These are not a service menu. They are the machinery behind my own work. The bots that sell, the pipeline that publishes, the jobs that run while nobody is watching. If one of them fits your problem, it can be pointed at your problem.
YouTube automation
End to end. Pull a creator's full catalogue and transcripts, find the moments worth cutting, render vertical clips with captions, generate the thumbnail, write the title and description, upload on a schedule.
Long-form too: script, edit, multi-camera assembly, music.
Running on two channels. Seventy shorts auto-published in a single batch.
Book publishing
Concept to shelf. Outline, drafting, a humanisation pass so it does not read as machine written, cover design, interior illustration, PDF and EPUB compile, audiobook narration, then publishing to Amazon, Google Play, Kobo and Apple.
Twenty five titles published. Paperback, ebook and audiobook from one pipeline.
Built for my own work first. That is why they are fast.
Media pipelines
The unglamorous half of content. Batch photo grading, GPU video compression, format conversion, automated thumbnails, image generation, voice cloning and text to speech.
Built for my own throughput, which is why it is fast rather than pretty.
Lead generation
Find the people worth talking to, verify they exist, enrich them, score them, and put them in front of whatever does the talking. Scraping, enrichment, deduplication, email verification, CRM writes.
Feeds the same agents that do the selling.
Email and outreach
Sequences that read like a person wrote them, paced like a person sends them. Written against a house style that strips the machine tells, then throttled so an account never looks automated.
The pacing rules exist because the alternative gets accounts banned.
Instagram automation
DMs, story replies and comments through the official Graph API. Meta App Review and Business Verification are already cleared on my side, so there is no waiting on a Meta decision to go live.
A live DM agent books appointments for a studio.
SaaS bots
The agent from the homepage, built as a product rather than a one-off. Multiple tenants, each with their own settings, their own dashboard, their own numbers, self-serve configuration and a login.
The dashboard on the homepage is one tenant of exactly this.
Apps and dashboards
Native Android and cross-platform apps, plus the dashboards that make a running system legible. Live metrics, funnels, per-customer history, exports.
Twelve apps built. The client dashboard is at app.kamalov.systems.
Trading systems
Event-driven strategies against MetaTrader 5, Interactive Brokers, Bybit and Alpaca, with the risk plumbing around them: position sizing, drawdown throttles, reconciliation and alerting.
Where the paranoia about silent failure comes from. A job that fails loudly is fine. One that fails quietly costs money for weeks.
If one of these is the thing eating your week, say which.
Replies within hours. A real answer about your case, not a pitch.
